Hello. My name is Malgosia Drobnik. I am a certified Gestalt psychotherapist living in Denmark for the past seven years. I hold a certificate from the European Association for Gestalt Therapy with the number 23-3622.
Gestalt Therapy is a holistic and experiential form of psychotherapy that emphasizes personal responsibility and focuses on the individual’s experience in the present moment. Encourages self-awareness and self-acceptance.
I work with clients to explore the client’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the here and now. This process helps uncover patterns and unresolved issues that may be affecting the client’s well-being. The goal of Gestalt Therapy is to help gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships, leading to greater emotional and psychological health. By fostering awareness and authenticity, Gestalt Therapy empowers clients to live more fulfilling, meaningful lives and encourages profound self-discovery.
The most important aspect of my work is to create an atmosphere of acceptance and safety. My role as a psychotherapist is to lead you to a deeper understanding of yourself. Psychotherapeutic work involves working through difficult emotions to an acceptance of who we are and what has happened to us. This acceptance makes change possible. I focus on helping clients find meaning and purpose in their lives.
I support people who:
- Experience difficulties in important relationships
- Suffer from mood disorders: anxiety, depression, tension, long-lasting sadness
- Are in a life crisis
- Suffer from low self-esteem
- Do not see meaning in their lives
- Have difficulties making important decisions
- Have experienced burnout at work or as a parent
- Are struggling with grief and bereavement
- Experiencing difficulties related to living abroad
- Suffer from traumatic experiences
- Come from alcoholic families
